When you finish your Commercial Pilot License, you have 250 hours. To qualify for the airlines you still need to build another 1,250 hours.

Our single-engine time building starts at $100/hr wet at the regular walk-up rate, and drops as you commit to larger packages — $60/hr at the 1,500-hour tier. Prefer a glass cockpit? The Premium G1000 column runs $125/hr at the regular rate down to $75/hr at 1,500 hours. Multi-engine time in the Beechcraft Duchess runs $210/hr regular and as low as $160/hr at the top tier.

Because pricing is per hour flown with fuel included, there are no surprise line items: you pay for Hobbs time, and the schedule is yours.

Visiting from out of state? We offer housing near the airport — shared rooms from $40/night or $900/month, private rooms from $70/night or $1,600/month — so a multi-week time building trip stays affordable end to end.
